Incobio
Wood Pellet

The reduced format provides excellent performance,
high-efficiency combustion control, easy storage,
and logistical optimization.

Incobio Wood Pellet

Incobio's main product is wood pellets: a type of biomass or biofuel compressed into cylindrical granules, to generate energy as a heat source. The industrialization process uses waste from sawmills and other processes with reforested wood as raw material.

Wood pellets produced with low humidity and high compression offer a high calorific value. The uniform geometry of the granules allows for accurate measurement when feeding automated systems, reducing waste.

Furthermore, the reduced format offers excellent performance, excellent combustion control, easy storage, and logistical optimization.

Incobio has ENplus® A1 (BR 004) certification, ensuring quality throughout the production process to the end consumer.

ENplus® A1 Certification

International certification throughout the entire production chain

The quality of the wood pellet is evaluated according to physical and chemical criteria, and Incobio has the ENplus® A1 (BR 004) certificate, with requirements based on the international standard ISO 17225-2, which guarantees quality throughout the entire production chain.

This certification system aims to guarantee the supply of wood pellets with a well-defined and stable quality, ensuring confidence for the end consumer.

The certification includes a set of requirements that start with the origin of the raw material, production, final quality of the pellet (minimum values), labelling, logistics, and storage, until delivery at the point of consumption.

Learn more about FSC® - FOREST STEWARDSHIP COUNCIL®

FSC® is the world's foremost forestry certification system. Present in more than 122 countries, the FSC® certificate identifies that the raw material used in products of forest origin comes from an area managed in an ecologically correct manner, with fair working conditions, and in an economically viable manner.

Therefore, FSC® certification is aimed at companies, organizations, or producers with forestry areas. Incobio does not have forestry areas but understands the importance of FSC® in wood pellets production. Therefore, it prioritizes purchasing raw materials from suppliers who have this certification.

APPLICATION

Sectors that use Incobio Wood Pellets

Pizzerias and Restaurants

In the restaurant and pizzeria sector, wood pellets are used in specialized systems for cooking food and can also be used to heat sinks.

With this automation, it is possible to maintain the required cooking temperature consistently, preventing heat loss and ensuring uniform cooking. When baking pizzas, the ideal temperature can be set to ensure perfect cooking in less time, thus speeding up the process.

Additionally, by using pellets to replace other heat sources, there is no need to preheat the ovens for a long time, leading to substantial energy cost reductions. Moreover, it is possible to adjust the burner and pellet feed for the required production time, without needing to replace the fuel.
